You may register for the Los Angeles Black Book Expo as:
A: Exhibitor
If you would like to become an exhibitor, please download and send in the registration form listed below in the link. Be sure to read the terms and conditions attached along with our special benefits for registrants.
Note: Exhibitors may share a table only if they have purchased a regular table. Exhibitors who buy a shared space are prohibited from doing so.
Note: Booth assignments are made on a first come, first served basis.
The fee is $190 per regular space and $95 for shared space. Registration forms along with payment are due no later than Saturday, July 24, 2010.
Payment in the form of a check or money order made to LABBX or L.A. Black Book Expo.
(All checks must have cleared the respective bank for official LABBX entrance).
To officially enter this agreement, please provide your name or the name and address of your business and contact points, and state via e-mail to labbex@gmail.com or info@labbx.com that you agree to the following contract in the downloaded PDF form.

B: Panelist / Workshop Facilitator
To register as a volunteer panelist/ workshop facilitator at LABBX, please send the downloadable program application in the packet stating your literary or artistic focus (fiction, non-fiction, spoken word, etc.), a short biographical statement, and how we can contact you (e-mail, telephone, mailing address, website, etc.).
Upon receipt, a response will be sent to you via e-mail within one or two weeks, depending on the number of responses received. Program criteria for the Expo are based on the relevancy of your work to our mission and the time-space limitations of the event. The LABBX executive circle makes inclusion decisions. There is no fee for panel or workshop participation.

C: Speaker
To register as a featured speaker at LABBX please download the program application and send it along with short biographical statement, and how we can contact you (e-mail, telephone, mailing address, website, etc.). Upon receipt, a response will be sent to you via e-mail within one or two weeks, depending on the number of responses received. Participation criteria are based on the relevancy of your work to our mission and the time-space limitations of the event. The LABBX executive circle makes inclusion decisions. There is no fee for speaker participation.

D: Sponsor
To become an executive LABBX sponsor, a corporation, organization or individual must have contributed at least $3000.00 to the event. Thus the contributor will receive public recognition by the LABBX executive director, print and voice acknowledgments, full access to all event activities, an exhibit table and chairs, a full page in our program book, and entrance into the LABBX circle of friends.
To become an official LABBX sponsor, a corporation, organization or individual must have contributed at least $1500.00 to the event (in-kind contributions acceptable). Thus the contributor will receive print and voice acknowledgments, full access to all event activities, an exhibit table and chairs, a full page in our program book, and entrance into the LABBX circle of friends.

E: Program Book Advertiser
To participate in the LABBX souvenir book, send camera-ready advertisement online to blackbookexpo@gmail.com. A check or a money order can be made out to LABBX, P.O. Box 533133, Los Angeles, CA 90053. Payment must be made before the ad is submitted in the booklet. Ad space sizes and costs can be downloaded on the bottom of the page. The deadline is Saturday, July 24, 2010 (all checks must have cleared the respective bank for inclusion).
